Return, Exchange, Warranty & Chargeback Policy Agreement

The seller provides a limited 30-day conditional satisfaction guarantee commencing on the confirmed delivery date. This guarantee constitutes a revocable commercial accommodation and does not create an unconditional right of rescission.

The remedy available under this guarantee is limited exclusively to exchange, store credit, or refund at the seller's sole discretion, subject to compliance with all provisions contained herein.

Returned merchandise must meet strict resale qualification standards. To be eligible:

• item must be unused, unworn, and unmodified
• item must show no creasing, stretching, or wear patterns
• item must be free of odor, markings, stains, or cosmetic damage
• item must include original packaging and protective materials
• item must be in commercially resalable condition

The seller retains exclusive authority to determine compliance. Determinations are final and not subject to dispute.

Items failing inspection may:

• receive a partial refund
• be reclassified as exchange-only
• be returned to the buyer at buyer's expense
• be refused entirely

The seller reserves the right to satisfy any valid return claim through exchange or store credit prior to authorizing monetary refund.

Refunds represent a secondary remedy and may be denied where a reasonable exchange alternative exists. Acceptance of an exchange constitutes full settlement of the buyer's claim.

All returns require prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or returned to sender at buyer expense.

Authorized returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days of approval. Authorization automatically expires after this period.

The buyer assumes all transit risk until the item is physically received and inspected by the seller.

Although shipping may appear free at checkout, the buyer acknowledges that actual outbound logistics costs are incurred by the seller.

In any refund scenario:

• original outbound shipping cost is recoverable and deductible
• return shipping is solely the buyer's responsibility
• packaging costs remain the buyer's obligation
• customs, duties, or brokerage are non-refundable

The seller bears no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged returns.

International buyers accept full responsibility for:

• return shipping
• customs documentation
• duties and taxes
• import/export compliance
• carrier delays

Refunds will exclude all international logistics costs. Refused or abandoned shipments are not refundable.

The seller is not liable for border seizure, customs holds, or regulatory delays.

All returned goods undergo inspection. The seller maintains unilateral authority to determine:

• product condition
• eligibility
• refund amount
• remedy classification

Refund decisions are final and represent commercially reasonable determinations under applicable merchant standards.

Approved refunds will be issued solely to the original payment method.

Processing time is not guaranteed and may vary by financial institution.

Products are sold as-is except for a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days.

This warranty excludes:

• normal wear and tear
• misuse or improper sizing
• cosmetic aging
• accidental damage
• third-party alteration
• environmental exposure

The seller disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item.

No consequential, incidental, or indirect damages shall be recoverable.

By purchasing, the buyer agrees to contact the seller directly to resolve any dispute prior to initiating a chargeback or payment reversal.

Initiating a chargeback without good-faith dispute resolution constitutes breach of this agreement.

In the event of a chargeback:

• the seller may submit this policy as contractual evidence
• return eligibility may be revoked
• future transactions may be refused
• collection or recovery actions may be pursued

Fraudulent disputes may be reported to payment processors and relevant authorities.

The seller reserves the right to refuse service, deny returns, or restrict future purchases where return behavior is deemed:

• excessive
• exploitative
• inconsistent with ordinary consumer use
• indicative of bad faith

This determination is made at the seller's reasonable discretion.

This policy is structured to comply with standard commercial merchant practices and applicable consumer regulations while protecting against fraud, abuse, and unjust enrichment.

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully valid and binding.
